A heavy duty rollling mill for metal sheet and wire with side pattern rollers attatchment. Guaranteed to provide years of troble free performance. With features that make it Indis’s sturdiest Rolling mill !

SALIENT FEATURES

  • Roll are fabricated from high carbon high chormium steel (WPS grade). Hardened to 63 on Rockwell RC scale and ground finished to withstand most severe condition.
  • Rolls cased in strong frame ensuring maximum rigidity and no vibration.
  • Automatic Lubrication system with oil pump for constant lubrication of rolls.
  • Two speed 960/1440V Electric Motor with reverse/ forward facility.
  • Gears constructed from case hardened steel and immersed in oil bath to ensure smooth performance and high durability.
  • Rolls rotate on Bronze alloy anty-friction bearings.
  • EMERGENCY FOOT BRAKE FOR OPERATORS SAFETY
