Hot Cook |
Take 500 gms of chopped vegetables (Potato, Cauliflower,
Green Peas, Tomato and Capsicum) and 3 cups (450 ml) of
water in a cooking pan. Cook for 30 minutes. Mash the cooked
vegetables with the remaining water in it. Take entire
contents of this packet and 1 cup (150 ml) of water in
a bowl and mix it well. Fry this mixture in 25 gms. of
butter till the oil separation is noticed. Add the mashed
vegetables in it and serve.

Cooker |

water in a cooker. Mix it well and cook for 1whistle. After
the steam from the cooker settles, Mash the cooked vegetables
with the remaining water in the cooker. Take entire contents
of this packet and 1 cup (150 ml) of water in a bowl and
mix it well. Fry this mixture in 25 gms. of butter ,in
an open pan, till the oil separation is noticed. Add the
mashed vegetables in it and cook till done.
