Food Products - Parampara Mix

Pav Bhaji  


Originated by mistake this preparation has the goodness of mashed vegetables married off with the delicious aromatic gravy. Garnished with coriander, onions and butter, this preparation is perfect if had with pav (thick bread).


Note: Do not add anything else.
This mix contains oil and salt too.
Hot Cook

Take 500 gms of chopped vegetables (Potato, Cauliflower, Green Peas, Tomato and Capsicum) and 3 cups (450 ml) of water in a cooking pan. Cook for 30 minutes. Mash the cooked vegetables with the remaining water in it. Take entire contents of this packet and 1 cup (150 ml) of water in a bowl and mix it well. Fry this mixture in 25 gms. of butter till the oil separation is noticed. Add the mashed vegetables in it and serve.

Cooker

Take 500 gms of chopped vegetables (Potato, Cauliflower, Green Peas, Tomato and Capsicum) and 2 cups (300 ml) of water in a cooker. Mix it well and cook for 1whistle. After the steam from the cooker settles, Mash the cooked vegetables with the remaining water in the cooker. Take entire contents of this packet and 1 cup (150 ml) of water in a bowl and mix it well. Fry this mixture in 25 gms. of butter ,in an open pan, till the oil separation is noticed. Add the mashed vegetables in it and cook till done.
