Mix thoroughly the entire contents of this packet,
2 cups (300 ml) of water and 100 gms. of plain yogurt in
a bowl. Take 500 gms. of chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum,
cauliflower, paneer cubes, tomato and boiled potatoes)
and fry them in 25 gms. of butter in an open pan (except
tomatoes) till it turns brown. Add the mixture from the
bowl and tomatoes and cook till the gravy becomes thick.

Microwave |
Mix thoroughly the entire contents of this packet,
100 gms. of fresh yogurt and 1˝ cups (225 ml) of water
in a bowl. Take 25 gms of butter in a bowl & microwave
for 30 seconds. Add chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum,
cauliflower, tomato, paneer cubes and boiled potatoes)
except tomato & microwave it for10 mins. on full power.
Stir it occasionally. Add above mixture from bowl and chopped
tomatoes and, mix it well, microwave for 5 mins. on full
power. Stir it Occasionally. Note: For better results use
whole, peeled and small potatoes and onions.
